@bioncasmith3: We need our dog shelter BAD! Everyday I feed 14-22 dogs dogs twice a day from our RV campground to our animal sanctuary. I drive 3 hrs back and forth to feed every single day and we’re at capacity at our sanctuary. We are now desperately considering transporting these dogs outside of Texas because it’s nearly impossible to get even a little puppy a home because there’s stray dogs EVERYWHERE including dead on the streets. It’s sad how normalized the sight is. I see at least 7 dead dogs on my way to feed and they’re just left there to eventually be eaten by vultures. I hope everyone will understand how determined I am to get a shelter built in Texas because I’m about to sound like a broken record until we make this goal a reality.
