I honestly believe that this was just a mistake made by someone who didn't know what they were talking about, youve never ever needed more than 1 ps account to play local co-op games and usually dont need ps plus unless its online. wouldn't the ps plus money go strictly to PlayStation and not Microsoft too? if im wrong dont flame me for it lol
