Mine is 22..hair sheds all day, low energy etc but doctor says it’s fine because my hemoglobin isn’t low so I’m not anemic..okay I’m not anemic but I still shouldn’t have 22! at least 70-100 and honestly I would be happy with 50.

Mine was at 3 for years, transfusions didn’t help. My GP recommended iron and vit c tablets taken at night and only every couple of days. Now after 6 months my ferritin is at 20 😁 still have a way to go but nothing has worked before!

I see a lot of people saying they have blood iron levels of six and below. YOU NEED AN INFUSION IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!! mine was 4 and it gave me heart problems. IT CAN BE PERMANENT. I don’t think a lot of people realise how serious numbers that low can be
