the fire one is wrong. your first obective is to quickly gauge the size of the fire incase its someyhing you can stop immedietly. the second is to gauge whether any1 is in immediate danger and need you help. only 3rd do you warn others/hit alarm. the alarm usually autoalerts fire department.
