I honestly don't understand why motherhood became something people feel the need to defend 😭 every woman should be free to choose the life that makes her happy. Becoming a mom was the hardest and most beautiful thing I've ever done, even when I struggled with feeling exhausted and disconnected from myself. Reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green helped me find my footing again. More energy, less bloating and 29 lbs gone. So grateful for it.
