This definitely needs a new remake but with more content imo. It took many play thrus for me to figure out this was a dark Zelda game based off grief. The grief link felt losing Navi, how no one would remember the hero of time and what he did. I need a bit more exploration about the elegy of emptiness because we know all the masks are previous dead people. But link having one. Is this the afterlife? Is this his purgatory?! Remember at the end of Ocarina of time he sets out in the lost woods to search for Navi. But in the very beginning of Ocarina of time it is said that anyone who ventures into the lost woods without a fairy turns into a stalfos which is what the hero of time becomes in twighlight princess becomes the hero shade. Which means he had to had lost himself in the lost woods to become the hero’s shade/stalfos. I wanna know if him being in termina was him accepting his fate. 🤯
