Easter Rice Krispy Treat Nest Ingredients: - 4 tablespoons of butter - 10 ounces of marshmallows (mini or large) - 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal - 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract - 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk - Cadbury mini eggs (for decorating) - 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut Instructions: 1. Prepare Your Workspace: - Gather all your ingredients and have them ready. - Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking. 2. Melt the Butter: - In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. 3. Add Marshmallows: - Once the butter is melted, add the 10 ounces of marshmallows to the saucepan. - Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth. 4. Add Vanilla and Sweetened Condensed Milk: - Remove the saucepan from heat. - Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well combined. 5. Mix in Rice Krispies: - Gradually add the 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture. - Stir gently until all the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture. 6. Scoop into Muffin Tin: - Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop the Rice Krispy mixture and fill each muffin tin cup. - Press down gently to compact the mixture. 7. Decorate with Cadbury Mini Eggs: - Once the nests have cooled and firmed up, place Cadbury mini eggs in the center of each nest for decoration. 10.
