This is what I miss from Kindle, I don’t plan books I see one and download on my phone and send it by email to Kindle. On Kobo yes we have drive and Dropbox but it’s an extra step and click click.. or I have to have my kobo in my hand. They should have an email option like kindle

I have a questions regarding this and a question that I've been researching the answer to but I can't find anything concrete and I'm still pretty fresh to the Kobo fam. Regarding this video, which of these methods supports kepub file transfers? I like having the reading analytics and from what I understand, they have to be kepub formatted files, right? The question I keep finding conflicting answers for is how can I make sure that my annotations on side-loaded books are saved in the horrifying circumstances that something happens to my Kobo? Is this even possible? So many people complain about this being a con for side-loading books but there has to be a way to save these things despite how you added and saved the file! I really want to install KoReader but most of my books ATM are from my Kindle when I made the switch back in March, so they were sideloaded through Calibre. I'm afraid to download KoReader because if it goes poorly and I have to wipe the device and start over, I would lose all of my annotations on those sideloaded files. 😬 Thank you in advance and I'm sorry if that was a lot. Lol. I absolutely adore my KLC but my only concern is the sideloaded book annotations. I would love to put those worries to rest and just fully love the device! ❤️

Add epubs to Google Drive-Rakuten Kobo folder. Download. Access thru Google Drive option on your Kobo. Click on download or just Dosnkiad all. Easy.

This is my setup (I use zen ui plugin) and I mainly use zlibrary plugin as it downloaded the books directly to my koreader without having to transfer them. I highly recommend it✨
