Ok ok this is insanely scarry… I’m a 3rd year st and I’ve seen a lot of telephonic orders because at private hospitals most often doctors are busy and the don’t have return rounds sooo question now is what’s the proper procedure of telephonic order isn’t to have a witness or am I wrong ?
