After having 3 babies and doing two membrane sweep with each of them… I learned with the last that after a membrane sweep to walk and walk and walk and walk some more. I literally did 3 hours of curb walking (on my stairs) and I went into labor that night. I didn’t sit down all day.

I usually get sweep at 37-38 weeks. If im a 2 i get my OB stretch me to a 4 lol . I always go into labour same day :) im on baby 6. Hope it helped ahah
