This is so true! Even with c sections. My first was so hard and I truly didn’t know if I could do it again. 2nd time (I’m 18 months postpartum) was a breeze in comparison! Not only physically (I didn’t even need prescription pain meds after my 2nd c section) but mentally - you know what to expect, how to prepare, and that it’s all temporary.

The first is the hardest!! I had a 3rd degree tear and it was terrible. For my 2nd it was so much easier but I kept having to remind myself that I JUST had a baby and still need to slow down haha
