honestly, acceptance & working out or even portioning your meals to something smaller than what you eat now. also try not to eat out so much. that’s where it mostly comes from, just “trying” new things becomes “omg let’s get this again”

hey girl i started to go through this in the beginning, him and i love fitness and date ideas. If you guys spend a lot of time together i recommend cooking from home and base them as dates (we try to recreate meals on tiktok, we do competitions on who can do it better). also smth abt me and him is we love being financially responsible. what we do is instead of eating out consistently at places that are 20+, instead of that, we “reward” us with 1-2 nice 100+ meals to have a special, intentional date. just remember to get at minimum 7k+ steps everyday (that helped me a lot), continuously gymming (sometimes being in a relationship stops the habit), ect. you got this girl, love yourself! you’re gorgeous
