If you’re new here - I make a meal plan every month that uses what’s in season, and what your body typically wants in that season. Like fresh salads and cooling melons in the summer. And soups and muffins in the fall. I take time to ensure the meal plan gives you plenty of protein, balances between plant protein, beef, fish, and chicken. Apple Cinnamon Raisin Oats (serves 1) 1/3 cup of rolled oats 1 serving of collagen protein powder 1 Tablespoons raisins 1/2 tablespoon of flax seeds 1 tablespoons of hemp seeds 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 tablespoon of nut butter pinch of salt 2/3 cup of water Toppings 1 apple or pear, sliced or cubed (or summer peaches if you have any left!).
