just say 16 bits man, besides that it looks sort of impressive but then again I think you sorta screwed it up at adding a clock. i dunno much about BABFT logic limitations, but it would've been better to use SR latches cause theyre simplest and most reliable. And if you DID use SR latches, then you screwed up at the clock because: 1. it dont need clocks, 2. if the clock is active while both SR are active it will enter forbidden state, your settup becomes unpredictable. if possible, i suggest optimizing using a gated D latch, it removes all the clunk for a Reset wire and replaces with a data wire and an enable wire
