if you dont know where to start pray and ask God. I did an 8 hour fast and a 12 hour fast and it revealed so much to be I heard God loud and clear ! next will be 24 hours.

Fasting also strengthens our faith. Matthew 17:21 kjv that part where the apostles could not cast out a demon and Jesus said it was because of their faith and talked about the power of faith and then said “howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting”

I need to work on fasting more regularly, but the last two times God has called me to fast, it was for specific things (You should fast regularly AND when God tells you, yall) The first time was for healing for a family member, and this last time actually revealed to me that there was a spirit of anger on me. Fast yall. It will open your eyes and get you closer to God.

I fasted 4 days from 7pm to 1 pm the next day or so but I’m not sure if I did it right I don’t know why or what is there that doesn’t let me hear our lord I want to talk to him and hear him 🥺
