so i didnt break it but it is severely sprained. im in a splint for 3 weeks and then a boot, im already tired

♥️11 months post break and surgery here!! It’s a slow recovery, but you will get there!! My advice is to not compare your journey (I did for awhile!!) and champion yourself with your small wins as there will be many!!

I had trimalleloar surgery July 19 th but broke it on June 11 th . Still in a boot but go back Aug 31 and hopefully will be out of the boot then . It’s been a real challenge that’s for sure !!
