Brentwood is the best place to live. I’ve been here over ten years and I love it so much. You’re going to love it. Baltaire is upscale and poppin on Thursdays- they have live music. Q’s and thunderbird are casual and great for watching a game. I do Lagree at Pilates Platinum so I can’t speak on gyms but my buddy loves the equinox on sepulveda. There is Monarch that is a more exclusive, bougie vibe.

Point dume in Malibu for the beach and stop at the Malibu country mart beforehand. Also Topanga Canyon has a cute restaurant called Cafe on 27. These are all within 20 miles or less

There is a new place opening down on 26th and San Vicente called Leora coffee place and food opening near parakeet Café they have a great strawberry Matcha they put them in these plastic clear cans with a pop top La La Land you’re gonna love Brentwood there’s so many places to go and try out

Traffic. Westside means you can’t leave between 3:30pm and 6:30pm during the week. So either leave before or after. Barrington in Brentwood gets ultra jammed. Use side streets. You’re close to dozens of hiking trail heads (like 5 minutes). You can swing down to the beach really quick. You’re super close to all of the great spots on Sawtelle. I’m not sure Brentwood is young people. More like middle aged celebrities. But it’s a nice place to come home too and close to a lot of fun stuff.
