I hate using superlatives in rating food but these really topped my charts. . 📍 Cafe St Henri, (visited 1001 Blvd Robert-Bourassa location but they are sold at all locations) . The dough is pillowy soft, the right amount of bounce, and no strong yeast flavour that many local donut spots have. I tried: pistachio/raspberry roussette roussette chocolat sumo donut passion tiramisu .
