Your written work and the images in your cookbook are protected by copyright. The tangible creation of the recipes, for personal and commercial use, are not protected under your copyright. Otherwise the corporation that owns Betty Crocker boxed cake mix could sue you for copyright infringement because your recipes are majority their product, it wouldn’t even be covered under fair use.
