I worked 15 years after undergrad before pursuing my MBA. I think 10 years work experience prior to MBA should be required. You really will not get the best results from MBA without that experience behind it. The experience brought many of the concepts to life for me, if that makes sense.

I have an MBA and although I made six figures + before getting my MBA it has allowed me to venture into other career fields easier than if I didn’t have it. I think most degrees are worth it if you complete it with minimal to no debt. The military paid for my degree.

3x salary in 7 years. It’s not just the degree. You should skill stack. The degree teaches you to think big and be agile and work with others. If you can’t maintain that beyond your degree you won’t be as successful.
