Yessss !!! I haven't bought beef burger in years... My husband and I hunt deer and elk every year to fill our freezer :-) I process my own, always add 15% beef/pork fat or it's very lean.

if you have a jar of jalapenos pore some of the juice in the meat when it's almost done and just cook until it's gone. it will take care of the gamey flavor.
