ok jokes aside ive watched the video now and while i agree that in certain comps like these he is crazy, i have never seen this level of coordination and intelligent composition in a rank below celestial. Yes its people not using him correctly, but by proxy that effectively makes him not s tier because to me, s tier is the absolute pinnacle of a character, virtually unbeatable within any comp; someone like phoenix for example. Of course this is where it gets pretty opinion based and higher and lower ranks are never gonna see eye to eye, but basically, yes, he can be s tier it just depends on whos using him and in what situation; unlike gambit ult which a toddler can use and get value from its extremely easy to misuse caps ult

Being used in a certain way with a comp doesn’t make a character s tier just do a list of comps in that fashion then but the character ALONE is not s tier. If those implications that u are implying are removed or not used entirely he would still fall victim everything else

in general I just think this is ridiculous, just because a character is good in certain comps and situations does not make them BIS 😭 an enabled blade CAN run lobbies you can't call him s tier, an enabled deadpool can also do that, whether people like it or not the game itself has a way of balancing itself with diff comps, some characters work better than others depending on the meta and some have always been strong e.g gambit, pheonix which are those that we should place as S tier characters, a solo dive magik is good but a dd and magik duo just whoops your backline but I dont see people calling magik s tier. people are deadass trend hoppers, they'll remember the ONE time they encountered a good cap and just run with it. besides most of these tier lists only apply cel+ in lower ranks you can run ANYTHING as long as you're good enough
