The Halo 4 soundtrack does not receive the recognition it deserves. It’s hard enough to go against Marty, but it was such a unique, beautiful take on established motifs. Requiem is a particularly beautiful track from Halo 4

Was it the best halo? No. But was it enjoyable? Absolutely. I went with my cousin to the midnight launch of this game and we got matching shirts to play it all night. Good memories.

I enjoyed the halo 4 and was..”ok” with halo 5 campaign. I think they leaned a little too into the Cortana thing, but I actually enjoyed the new forerunner lore, and the prometheons. Halo 4 just had a bad MP, and Halo 5 had a bad campaign.

Halo 4 was definitely the last good halo. the original trilogy, odst, and reach are literally unbeatable but 4 is such a strong pick.

I remember buying H4 on release night, throwing in my 360, excited AF to play chief again, and this pops on. That's when I knew Halo took a turn for the serious!
