@planwithilysse: I have so many things to say about my special bridal shower yesterday, but with today being Father’s Day, I wanted to share part of my mom’s gift- “something old.” Her and my dad’s wedding bands from 1982 for me to attach to my bouquet, as a way to hold their hands that day. I will be holding my mom’s hand down the aisle, but haven’t held my dad’s in 21 years. This will be such a meaningful way to have him there with us 🤍
