People lie to themselves. Sorry, but anyone who says they are doing everything correctly and still not losing weight is lying to themselves and the people around them. You cannot say 2+2 = 4.5 when you know it's 4. So, basically, as long as you are calculating how many calories you need to reduce by, using real, honest numbers and including a real, honest assessment of your activity level, that's part 1. Part 2 is following the plan. Don't cheat, don't lie. Just pure, honest dedication. You will lose weight; it might be a long journey, but the trajectory will be overall a downward trend, provided you are honest and accurate with yourself. Ultimately, it's your health, so it's down to you.
