While I do like Hex-Clad, it’s not cast iron. It’s stainless steel with a nonstick coating built into the cooking surface. It has an aluminum core for heat distribution, but there’s no cast iron in it.

I just bought a set because the 12 piece set was on sale and tgen added the 7 qt fryer. i was gonna get the 10 qt but I knew it would be way too big. But Hexclad is the best
