Postpartum psychosis is not talked about nearly enough. Yes it's rare but it needs as much awareness as PPD and PPA

For me it wasn’t so much a thought as it was a scenario I could see in my head. Like I’d be walking past a pool and I’d envision me throwing him in. Or I’d see him falling down the stairs. I’d never ever do that! But yes it made me more cautious. It almost felt like a warning, like be extra careful something bad could happen.
