I use his undetectable perk then fire up unrelenting and iron grasp just pure brute force and it works

A couple perks to note. Thwack works with Jump Scare, whispers works while he’s Omnipresent, Deerstalker works well if you use it properly, and Bamboozle blocks vaults after Jump Scares.

Jason is not slow if you’re not a hit corners and not run into like walls and everything. It’s easy as hell to catch up to players.
