as someone who's spent the last year playing every yakuza game y7 is near the top. I'm on 8 right now and enjoying it as well, I think people are too harsh on turn based combat

should I play this game I love turned based games I played many like persona omori pokemon vgc etc and I tried this game near release and thought yakuza and turned based didn’t work out that was before and now I’m huge fan of the genre should I play this game and does the combat require strategy or is it like those easy turned based slop games

7 and 8 make turn based really interactive so that people who dont like the genre could maybe get into it, as a JRPG lover its one of my favorites and they improved it a bunch with infinite wealth.
