1️⃣ The timelines surprised me 👀 When I first started looking into R3ta, I kept seeing huge numbers thrown around online. Then I actually looked at the research and realized these results were being measured over months, not weeks. That honestly changed how I look at a lot of the content on my FYP. 2️⃣ R3ta isn’t exactly the same as the GL🫛 meds everyone talks about There’s actually a lot going on with how researchers are studying it, which is why I kept seeing people describe it as something different from the usual GL🫛 conversation. Science is kinda wild sometimes 🧬 3️⃣ It can stay in your system for a while This was one of those little details I completely overlooked at first. The published research reports a half-life of around 6 days, so the timeline of what’s happening in your body is more complicated than just “took it → it’s gone.” 👀 4️⃣ I started keeping an actual timeline because I was forgetting everything 😂 Dates, d0ses, changes, notes… There was NO way I was remembering all of that. I use the Stackr app to keep my information organized in one place, which makes looking back at my own timeline way easier. 5️⃣ The research is actually pretty interesting 🧠 A lot of the conversation online focuses on the end result, but I think the actual research process is way more interesting. How it was studied, how long people were followed, what researchers observed, and what side effects were reported. There’s so much more context than a 15-second TikTok can give you. 6️⃣ And this is important context 🚨 R3ta is still investigational and not FDA-approved. So if you see somebody sharing their personal experience online, remember that’s exactly that… their personal experience. I’d rather know where information actually came from than blindly copy something because it went viral. 🫶🏻 Anyway, this rabbit hole got WAY deeper than I expected 😭 Which one surprised you most?
