If you choose to eat there, then respect the rules. You are a guest in someone else's establishment. Basic decency and politeness go a long way accept the house rules or simply choose another place that aligns better with your preferences.

KA tertinggal satu point. I think this SOP is really important in crowd management when it comes to fire emergency. This way, it helps easier evaquation process and to identify missing individuals. 😁

As an F&B employee, we face this issue all the time, and it puts the staff in a difficult position. I really wish people would think outside the box when we’re asking for the total number of pax, including children, babies, and newborns instead of arguing about it. We’re not asking because we want to charge your child. We’re asking so that we can ALLOCATE ENOUGH SEATS for everyone and ensure both your family and other customers are comfortable. So if you’re making a reservation, please include the TOTAL number of people arriving including children, babies, and newborns. It’s really that simple. 🤷🏽♀️
