Jeson :
Hello Honor Company, I am a customer of yours. I purchased an Honor 400 phone. However, a problem occurred two weeks ago. I updated my Honor phone, and it overheated excessively. I turned it off to prevent damage, but upon turning it back on, I found a very small red dot. After four days, the dot turned into a dead pixel. When I went to the Honor agent in Alexandria, Egypt, he accused me of having been hit by a car, which is completely untrue. He inspected the phone and found no signs of an accident; it looked brand new. He then told me I needed to replace the screen for 19,450 Egyptian pounds, while the phone's original price was 22,000 Egyptian pounds. I completely refused this unfair treatment and returned the phone to the agent. Despite the absence of any damage or misuse, he refused to replace the phone or even repair the screen. I have taken legal action and filed a complaint.
We filed a complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and the Egyptian National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, but we discovered that the Egyptian agent for Honor is simply stalling because he knows the device will be out of warranty next July.
