@tianaheartmama3: Going to bed tonight with a heavy heart but a full one. Tomorrow my son has his next big scope. This test will help determine if he can come home without a trach after his major repair, or if his journey takes a different path than I hoped. I’ve prayed hard for healing, for clarity, for peace over whatever the doctors find. But I’m also reminding myself tonight: no matter what tomorrow brings, I will still show up for him the same way I always have. I will still love him through every outcome. I will still make the best of whatever is next, because at the end of the day, I just want what is best for my child—even when it’s not what I imagined.
