In America, too many police treat the Constitution like an inconvenience, not as a limit to governmental powers. “Arrest now, let the courts fix it later” isn’t justice. Without real accountability—financial or criminal—citizens’ rights become optional, and compliance becomes the only thing that matters. That’s not how policing in a free society should work. We the People must End Qualified Immunity!

police don't need to identify themselves. their name is on their chest. that's all they need to say. the department won't discipline them for it and there are no laws requiring them to identify.
