Apparently, from what I'm seeing online, The Stug's incarnon can recharge itself. Since the incarnon charges off of direct hits from the balls, the bouncing submunitions it creates in Incarnon Form are counting as direct hits, and recharging the gauge as soon as you exit Incarnon form
