I don't ignore my hormones. As we age, hormone levels decline. I test, I measure, and I address problems instead of pretending they're normal. 5. I use recovery tools that actually work. Things like EE System technology, red light therapy, quality sleep, and proper recovery help me perform at a high level year after year. 6. I keep inflammation under control. Good nutrition, hydration, and avoiding processed junk make a bigger difference than most people realize. 7. I train smart - not just hard. At 65, I don't beat up my joints. I choose exercises that build muscle without unnecessary wear and tear. 8. I protect my mindset. Stress ages you faster than birthdays do. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. 9. I stay consistent. I don't look for the next miracle. I focus on the basics and repeat them every single week. 10.
