@solidheaston: It’s officially been 2 months since I moved into my car. I’m not sure how much longer I want to keep doing this. I filmed all of this yesterday and now I’m in a beach town with a Panera, Planetfitness, and grocery store in the same parking lot. It’s also a 20 minute bike ride from an incredible beach/boardwalk. I don’t understand why all the videos I see about people living in their car they make it sound so depressing, I want a year and a half ago I had to evacuate my apartment, I was already doing DoorDash , I was also a little bummed out at first until I remembered I had free will, started hitting up all the beaches in California, have been waking up to the sickest sunrises and sunsets, I work when I want it when I don’t want I could just relax and go explore, and now I’m having trouble even thinking going back to a 9-5 overpaying rent for a place I can’t even enjoy because I’m never home because I was working, I’ve gone to live like a local and a lot of of these places, I have really expanded my knowledge, and the people that used to be a little concerned about me , now ask to tagalong on my little adventures, visiting national Forest going camping, going to the best beaches, getting to fall asleep, watching a sky, full of stars, honestly life is all about PERSPECTIVE, I mean, I technically get to wake up watching the same scenic view , are the same oceanfront views rich people pay millions to see, I get to live a year long vacation. People can only experience once a year, I can start and stop working whenever I want, like people that work remotely, and in my PJs if I really wanted to, also I would recommend learning just to carry the essentials and not over carrying makes living in your car more comfortable it’s all about getting the right set up, anyways, we should make a small community to share tips and tricks.
