Hinold ni Gcash yung 2 account ko. “Account on hold” despite of all documents na pinasa ko. Proof na ako ang may ari ng 2 accounts. (Govt Id, selfie shots holding the ID and the devices saan sila nakalagay, signature, date and ticket number. I also gave the email add, recent transactions with reference number. Even screenshots ng linked gov payments like merLco, maynilad, grab, angkas, move it etc. pinapaikot ikot lang nila ako, same questions hinahanap full name, number in question email address created from the account. By tomorrow, planning to CC the BSP with all the documents sa email.

Hello,po. 2024-2025 nag work ako sa isang company na ang payroll na gamit ay Unionbank. Last year January nag salary loan ako kai UB (using my payroll UB account) then nag resign ako eventually dahil sa may problem lang sa management. Then ang huling bayad ko kai UB ay nung May 2025 with outstanding balance na 7k+. And now lumakin sya ng hanggang 20k+ dahil sa diko na nababayaran. Recently (Last month) may inaapplyan akong work and ang payroll na gamit namin ay UB din. So basically dalawang UB payroll account na akong nag e exist. Possible bang pag nag deposit ng salary si new company ko sa payroll ko ay babawasan ba ni UB agad agad yung balance ko sa kanya ?
