It’s a no refill because it’s not part of restaurant, it’s merchandise department, different rules.

No refills, but if you have a Magic Key you can get your discount at that location. The drink/snack carts don't give discounts.

They're not letting us use the machine cuz ppl lie and get soda when they ask for water. But if u really want ice water go to any food spot and ask for ice water and they give it to you. I always fill up my bottles like this.
