If you watch Agents of Shield, in one episode they are at a safe house completely made out of vibranium that has a dent in it from the hulk. They just like to nerf him in later movies

caps shield is proto adamantium which is actually stronger than pure vibranium and Thanos sword is Uru same as mjolnir, regarding falcons wings, the wing remains unharmed but he ripped rue joint out
