@imellagonzales: there’s so many things in the world that you don’t realize are someones code running - and you can write that code too! I hated the idea of being a software engineer because I thought you just sit at your desk all day fixing boring bugs, but the work can be so much more than that! if you really like music, you can actually be the one who writes the recommendation code for what Spotify or Apple Music suggest you listen to. If you like watching sports you can write code to track player analytics. And it doesn’t even have to be super heavy coding - product managers are spending much of their time talking to real customers face to face to understand their problems, and silicone engineers work on hardware! so so many jobs that you can do with a computer science degree - it def doesn’t need to be boring on my page I share my own journey as a computer science student where I started off doing software engineering, then product management, then growth and content creation and I’ve learned that you don’t want to narrow in on one too early before you realize what possibilities are out there follow for part 3 and save this so you can apply to jobs like these :) #computerscience
