The Philippines really needs more guidance counselors and counseling programs in schools. Hindi na pareho ang mga bata ngayon kumpara noon. Marami sa kanila ang kinikimkim lang ang nararamdaman at minsan gumagawa ng desisyon base sa emosyon para lang maibsan ang bigat ng pakiramdam nila. May bullying na rin naman noon pero iba na ngayon dahil sa social media or pressure . Dati.. kadalasan hanggang paaralan o komunidad lang ang away at pang-aasar. Ngayon, puwede itong sundan ang bata kahit nasa bahay na siya. Social media and environmental factors can greatly influence a child’s mindset and behavior. That’s why we need more guidance counselors and mental health support in schools. Hindi sapat na sabihing “magpakatatag” lang ang mga bata. Kailangan din nila ng tamang guidance at support para matutunan kung paano e handle ang kanilang emotions at problems in a healthy way..
