Take a fenugreek pill with it or put fenugreek powder in it. But be advised, fenugreek has a strong smell, it smells like maple syrup. Fenugreek delivers all the gains to the areas of the female body and not to the areas not wanted, for example your stomach, back fat, love handles etc.

Maca root itself does not gain you more weight. I think ppl get confused. Creatine for sure does but what Maca root does is give you more energy & increases your appetite which in the end, if you are in the gym, you're building more muscle (weight) & eating more.

From within. Instead of focusing on what you lack, start appreciating what you have now. A simple exercise: every day, write down three small things that made you smile (a cup of coffee, a message from a friend, or even a quiet moment). This trains your mind to notice the positives amid the noise. Stop comparing: remember that social media only shows the best shots, so don’t compare the behind-the-scenes of your exhausting life with other people’s perfect displays. 2. Managing your mind and emotions. Your thoughts are what color your world; if they’re dark, the world will look dull. Live in the moment; anxiety is living in a future that hasn’t arrived yet, and regret is living in a past that’s over. Focus on the present. Accept your emotions; life isn’t constant happiness. It’s natural to feel sad or angry: accept these feelings, give yourself permission to express them, then move forward. 3. Investing in relationships: humans are social by nature; having a supportive circle is the key to psychological resilience. Quality over quantity: one real friend who understands your silence is better than a hundred friends just for politeness. Giving: helping others releases feel-good hormones (endorphins). Make someone else’s day a little better, and you’ll find your own day becomes more beautiful. A message from a friend, or even a quiet moment, can do that.
