It can take upto 5 years of usage to offset the emissions creating & installing wind farms that have a 20-25 year working life cycle only to be destroyed creating another environmental cleanup & recycle 😳 .

So let me understand the implied logic here: Because our current energy system isn’t perfect, ie it hasn’t yet been fully decarbonised, we can’t try to decarbonise the system as we’d have to emit some carbon to build the new decarbonised system. So therefore we shouldn’t do anything at all. Is that about it?
