@mydisciplinedrive: Day 22 of doing this morning movement routine. 👊 Today was the first day I woke up without joint pain. Honestly, that feels like a huge win. My shoulders have taken an absolute battering over the last year from daily push-ups, heavy chest sessions in the gym, and hundreds of burpees. For months, waking up with aching shoulders and stiff joints had become normal. This morning was different. I’m not saying these movements are solely responsible, but they’ve become a daily habit that has coincided with less pain, better mobility, and a much better start to the day. 💾 Save this routine and follow along each morning. 📤 Share it with someone you know who suffers from joint pain. 👊 Give it a couple of weeks and see how you feel. How to do it: ▶️ Play the video on loop. ⏱️ Perform each exercise for 60 seconds. 🔁 When the next exercise appears, move straight on to it. The routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ McGregors ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Marches ✅ Horseback Squats That’s just 9 minutes a day. 9 minutes to wake up your body. 9 minutes to move your joints. 9 minutes to start the day with positive intentions. I believe this movement is part of Chi qong, not taiji. Also an advice for the trunktwists, try to move your whole upper body from waist up as if you were to squeeze water out of your spine like a wet rug. Last, keep going!!🔥🔥🔥

my husband and I are both early 60s and do this neatly every morning. Have definitely noticed the difference in our joints and flexibility. we follow beginners Tai Chi on YouTube. Just find the one you like! 😁

bonebroth every day= no joint pain anymore . You won't be able to completely eliminate pain with exercise. You need to help your joints from the inside out.
