if one of his cops took someone's property and you heard the officer says its alcohol thd citizen says its not alcohol. so by listening and doing nothing. your still bring useless. and the fact he changes why he took the drink . now its cause it could be used as a weapon should tell the Sgt.. that his officer is lying. but police dont investigate other cops . police dont stand up against oitber officers . it doesn't matter if things like this that is in the job description. its his job .to investigate the officers action .
