u should do speed limit the Data is unlimited the airtime and bandwidth is limited cos of wifi I don't know the AP u have deployed but even wifi 6 ax6000 with 4x4 mu mimo still have limitation cos it only has 4 lanes on both 2.4 and 5 GHz band meaning if one usage has used 22gb in 4 hours that one user ( IP) has taken about 30 precent of the Total bandwidth available to the whole network starlink has about 250 mbs sometimes is over 350 but starlink is like a Wave internet not flat line like fiber so if u give everyone what they want by max speed one user take most of the airtime and bandwidth others users have slow speed so please try an do speed at least 20mbs limit for each use is not bad cos if anyone person on the same network try to also download 22gb within 4 hours that be will be 50 precent of your whole starlink dedicated to those two devices only and that's very bad
