This painting explores beauty standards, growing up as a girl, and the strange way traits associated with youth are often idealised or fetishised in women. using yellow as the "base" layer for this one really hit me for some reason. I know you usually use the hot pink, and the use of yellow kinda punches in the youth theme of it. Really love your work 🩷
