We tried this with our water company (south west water) and was told no as apparently we use the average amount for a family of three but I feel we use way more as my autistic daughter is constantly turning the taps on. 😩

my grandson has autism and itsbonvious. school says so and so has gp but they say cant officially go through assessment at the age of 4. is there a way to push for an assessment as we need help controlling his outbursts

We were paying £180 a month over 8 months. But we’ve had a new smart water meter put in and we pay £80 now. I suspect it’ll increase somewhat but I don’t foresee it being £180.
