Ok for the people who're too fucking lazy to go read the bill instead of straight up calling this propaganda: ITS REAL. The bill states that ANY stage of fertilization counts as an independent life with rights, and that if a woman should attempt to stop it from being born, deadly force may be used. This means that if you are using contraceptive measures (like IUDs), it would be considered termination and allow someone to murder you in "defense" of the "life" that is being "taken" without any form of punishment towards the murderer. You're welcome.

House Bill 1232: Introduced in May 2026 by a North Carolina lawmaker, this proposed constitutional amendment aims to declare that human life begins at fertilization and classify abortion as murder. It does mot say anything about killing women who use IUD. They are trying to ban IUD. Which is still pretty bad but kill is an overstatement😭😭
